Update
Haven't updated in a while. Even the mighty Craig has said something. Here is what's going on.
"Summer Timeslot Over" My Friday summer timeslot (Fridays from 4 to 6) is currently over. Owl Radio is now redesigning and getting new managers and all DJ's need to go through training again. I am also in the process of getting a new job with new hours as well as another fun filled semester of school. I am on hiatus until September. During September I will anouce my new timeslot. "Podcasting" I am going to try and Podcast the show sometime between now and the end of the year. Stay tuned. PS, I am clueless about it so all help and e-mails to BertoneBeatleBonanza@yahoo.com will be appreciated! "Death" The rumors of my death have been spreading. All of them are false! Real Update
Alright, now that I have time, I will bring all of you up to speed.....with a REAL update (not a quickie like the last few..)!
"New Timeslot" I just finished our first Friday show. It went alright and was fun. The summer format recquires that I do it for 2 hours so now my showtime is doubled! "Retooling" I will be retooling much of the show now that we have a two hour timeslot. I have alot of INTERESTING things planned. Some may work, others may not. Drop me your thoughts about them when you can. "Interviews" The Rod Davis (Quarrymen) and Klaus Voorman (Plastic Ono Band) interviews are still an important priority on the agenda and expect them soon. "Rutles" I am a big fan of the "Rutles" as everyone knows. The first DVD (actually TV special but I got it on DVD) was hilarious and I reccomend it to everyone. When I heard a sequal was being released I was physched. I couldn't find it anywhere though. I finally found it in a bargain bin at Barnes and Nobles. I was super excited. Then I watched it. It was funny. It had it's nice gags. However it was mis-promoted. No way was it a sequal. It was more than 50% footage and jokes from the last movie. Sigh... I LOVE COMMENTS!!!! Monday, June 06, 2005
Showtime
"Bertone Beatle Bonanza" will return this Friday at it's new timeslot. From now on, the show will be every Friday from 4pm to 5pm Florida time! Hope to see all my listeners follow me to my new timeslot.

Time Change
It's official, I no longer have the Saturday timeslot I had. I will post the new timeslot once I obtain it. If you have showtimes which you prefer, e-mail me at rockaroundthenet@bellsouth.net and I will take those in mind when I set up. Thanks!

Been A While?
Yes I have neglected this poor blog. School and many other transitions have been occupying my time (and part laziness) so it has been a while since I posted. I will make further annoucements as they come but this I know for sure.
Owl Radio is reformatting for the summer. I may be changing timeslots (as soon as this Saturday!!!). I will let everyone know if any change is made to the shows schedule. Thank you all for your support. It makes me smile and encourages me to continue on with the show. Monday, March 28, 2005

Well well well, it appears we have some big things in the works.
"Klaus Voorman" I e-mailed Klaus Voorman last fall to ask him to be interviewed on my show (around the same time I first got in contact with May Pang). He declined citing he was too busy. I recently tried him again and after a few questions and answers from him I got an e-mail Easter morning (what a way to start Easter) from him saying he would be interviewed. We should be recording sometime this week or next week. "Rod Davis" Rod Davis from the Quarrymen will also be interviewed soon. I sent an e-mail to him with the available studio times. I will annouce the date as soon as I we set it. Expect to hear both of those interviews sometime soon. "Ringo Bad Parent???" Zak Starkey, Ringo's son, recently decided to take a leave of abscence from The Who to work with Oasis. This comes as a surprise to me because Zak has always been a Who fanbaby and lets face it....it's The Who!! Ringo you better do something about your son!! "My Interview" I recently was interviewed on a radio show. However, it wasn't about The Beatles. I was a guest on the show "Baby Hour" and asked about being a male nanny. Yes, your read right, I am a male nanny. You can hear the interview at http://www.galeyisrael.com/ all week. From then it will be available in archieves at http://www.babyhour.com/ .
